Clean the impurities on the surface of the shell to avoid defects during subsequent welding and sealing. Check the shell for appearance issues such as cracks, deformation, and burrs to prepare for the subsequent installation of the electrode group and sealing welding.

Stack the positive and negative plates, as well as the separators, into an electrode group according to process requirements. Check whether the arrangement and spacing of the plates meet the requirements, and whether the separators are in place. This is to prepare for the subsequent installation into the battery case and welding of the busbar.

Weld the busbar of the pole group to the battery pole column to form the battery's conductive circuit. During the welding process, manually inspect the weld points for firmness, absence of cold solder joint, and absence of burnthrough. After welding, a secondary quality inspection of appearance and conductivity will be conducted to avoid poor contact in subsequent use.
