PITTAR DG (Deep Cycle GEL) series is a premium range of pure gel batteries designed for both standby and frequent cyclic discharge applications under extreme environments. By utilizing strong grids, high purity lead, and patented gel electrolyte, the DG series offers excellent recovery capability after deep discharge and delivers twice the cyclic life of standard battery series.
With a floating design life of up to 15 or 20 years (depending on the specific model), these batteries are ideal for long-term, high-demand applications. They feature a wide operating temperature range (discharge: -40°C ~ 60°C, charge: -20°C ~ 50°C) and low self-discharge rate (less than 2% per month at 20°C), ensuring reliable performance even under harsh conditions.
Manufactured with ABS containers (UL94-HB standard, UL94-V0 optional), the DG series batteries are valve-regulated, maintenance-free, and safe for use in various industrial and renewable energy applications.
