The PITTAR AGM L2 is a high-performance 12V Absorbent Glass Mat (AGM) battery specifically designed for modern Start-Stop vehicles. Unlike conventional flooded batteries, the AGM technology features a fiberglass mat separator that absorbs and immobilizes the electrolyte, allowing the battery to deliver superior cycling performance and deep discharge recovery. This makes it ideal for frequent engine restarts, regenerative braking, and the increased electrical demands of modern vehicles.
The AGM L2 provides up to 660A cold cranking current, ensuring reliable engine starting even in cold weather conditions. Its sealed, maintenance-free design eliminates the need for water top-ups and prevents acid leakage, offering safe and clean operation. The advanced lead-calcium grid technology ensures low self-discharge, excellent charge acceptance, and long service life.
